This document/agreement/understanding is a computer-generated electronic record in terms of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 (as amended from time to time) and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Moonex Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an Indian company having Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U74999MH2018PTC304533 and registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit bearing registration number VA00030982, offers various products and services through its website, mobile applications, and associated software platforms.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of the Moonex Terms. Moonex Terms include the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, Programme Terms, and all other applicable policies, rules, FAQs, guidelines, and instructions published by Moonex from time to time.
Moonex may provide optional features that allow users to connect their Google Account and YouTube Account through Google's OAuth authorization process.
When a user chooses to connect their Google or YouTube account, Moonex may request access to certain Google API Services and YouTube Data API Services information that has been explicitly authorized by the user.
For YouTube account verification features, Moonex may access limited YouTube account information, including subscription information, solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility for specific application features and services.
The application only reads information necessary to verify YouTube account eligibility and does not perform any actions on behalf of users such as subscribing, unsubscribing, uploading videos, editing channels, managing playlists, or modifying YouTube account settings.
Moonex does not sell, rent, share, transfer, or use YouTube account data for advertising purposes. Moonex does not modify, upload, delete, or manage content on behalf of users unless explicitly authorized by the user through separate permissions.
Users may revoke Moonex's access to their Google Account at any time by visiting:

Moonex's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Moonex Terms.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POLICY CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE USER OF THE ONLINE PLATFORMS, AND MOONEX.
By registering an account, connecting a Google or YouTube account, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you provide your free, informed, specific, explicit, unconditional, and voluntary consent for Moonex to collect, access, process, store, use, transfer, disclose, and protect your information in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.
You may be required to agree to this Policy by selecting the appropriate consent option during registration or while using certain features of the Platform.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Platform. You may withdraw previously granted consent at any time by contacting Moonex through the support channels provided on the Platform, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
